Team McLaren failed to win a race last season, first time in over a decade - But will still feature the defending Formula 1 champion this season.
The 2007 F1 season is around the corner, but the 25-year-old, Spaniard, Fernando Alonso’s move to McLaren from Team Renault is something I haven’t figured out yet. For me this move is nothing more than a monetary gain - But if the two-time champion can prove that, he is the best irrespective of the team: then the switch will surely be justified.
McLaren has launched a new car for the new season - Alonso and his Brit teammate Lewis Hamilton are gearing up for the season and are excited about the new car. The aerodynamics and the features of the car are excellent however the future is in the Drivers hand, a team arena that has the Youth though one is flowing with experience while the other still to make his first appearance, how far will this combination lead the team is what will be evident once the season unfolds.
