Renault’s F1 driver Fernando Alonso is planning to part ways with his team... He has insisted to shift to McLaren next season...He said this in an interview with the Auto Motor Und Sport magazine in Germany, he was quoted saying,
My love for Renault is gone.
The 25 year-old Spaniard is the top championship driver this season and holds a two-point lead over the seven-time F1 champion Michael Schumacher, with three Grand Prix to go in the season.
The reason for him to shift from the French team to German side is that he feels Renault will not spend enough money that is required to keep winning...And thinks McLaren is the safest bet...McLaren has always been a top competitor in the F1 no matter who their drivers are... These Giant Automakers invest heavily to design their future cars...That means its wise decision for Alonso to switch.
