Just one-step into fame and your stars change forever - a saga of the latest youth prodigy from France.

When Tatiana Golovin won her maiden career title at Bausch & Lomb championship in the Amelia Island at the weekend, doors were certainly flung-open for eminence, but destiny would cater before long wasn’t presumed.
In the absence of the top ranked Frenchwoman, Amelia Mauresmo (who is recovering from appendicitis), Golovin has been called upon to lead France in the World Group opener.
Golovin will head France’s Fed Cup team for their World Group first round showdown against Japan scheduled for the 21-22 April at Limoges.
Besides Tati, the squad consists of Nathalie Dechy, Severine Bremond and Virginie Razzano. In an interview with the French Federation captain George Goven justifying his decision of selecting Tatiana to lead he said, she was an automatic choice as Tatiana Golovin is our obvious number one player in the absence of Amelie.
France would always have been favorites over Japan, though with Mauresmo absence and immature headship of Tati (taking nothing from her game), the tie remains evenly balanced.
