McLaren is in top form this season, they are not only dominating in constructor championship but also in the drivers front. If the trend continues, not only will they win the constructor championship but also the driver championship.
After a dismal race in Canadian grand prix, world champion Fernando Alonso dominated the practice session of US grand prix, attaining the top spot. His teammate and Canadian GP rookie winner Lewis Hamilton was in top notch again finishing a second behind the Spaniard.
Ferrari’s Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikkonen finished third and fourth respectively, they were a lot slower than Alonso and Hamilton. I wonder what is wrong with the Ferrari engines they are just not quick enough this season.
BMW Sauber has performed admirably well this season and looks like determined to continue their good form at the weekend. As usual, Honda and Toyota are struggling and I see another disappointing race for them. Red Bull can turn out to be a surprise package for this race - So people hold tight!
